When the prescription has been signed by your GP, it will be collected by the chemist you have chosen. This means that you do not need to collect your prescription from the Health Centre. Instead, you go to your chosen chemist and they will have the medication waiting for you.

Please note that this arrangement will continue until we receive instructions, in writing, from you. If you prefer to collect your own prescription from the Health Centre, you can continue to do so.
If you have any queries, please raise these with our reception staff who will be happy to assist you.
